Kolb, David A. Experience-based Learning Systems. New York: Hay Group,
1999.
David Kolb’s analysis is useful for adults. His learning style survey is not
available free online but there are many summaries of his theories. If you
wish to find out your own learning style using a survey other than Kolb’s,
you can go to a site called Businessballs.com. Despite the name, this site
offers a great deal of information and many tools. Once you have waded
through the jargon, it is quite helpful.
