M S word options menu

Spell checkers are useful in helping users edit their work. MS Word provides two spell check options. One option notifies the user immediately when a word is misspelled. The other option is used after the user's writing is completed.

Turn on Automatic Spelling

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Spelling & Grammar tab.
  2. To turn on or off automatic spelling checking, select or clear the Check spelling as you type check box.
